Hailing from the field of powder metallurgy, Soumya holds a joint patent for the process of manufacturing partially alloyed bronze powder through reduction process. She has been actively involved in setting up metal powder plants across India assisting her father in the same. Her role had been in designing furnaces, executing projects and in setting up the quality of product besides establishing the product in the market.

Presently she manages the company INVOLUTE METAL POWDER TECHNOLOGIES LLP which deals in technical know-how transfer, turnkey projects & marketing for ferrous & non ferrous metal powders.
